Katie is a recovering perfectionist coaching leaders and aspiring leaders to escape the 100% perfectionist trap so they achieve bold balance and avoid burnout.

After years of being focused on operating at 100%, achieving finite goals and using competitiveness as fuel, she discovered a 70% solution to help physically, mentally and emotionally. Her 3-step 70% playbook focuses on Bold Balance (the good B’s!) and implementing the behaviors that help you avoid Burnout (the bad B!). She regularly speaks and runs workshops to share her playbook with others to help them break through the growth ceiling.

Katie is Head of Sales and Marketing at Festive Road. In addition, she serves as President of the Board for Community Resource Services, a non-profit focused on diminishing the effects of poverty, board member of the Global Business Travel Association. She also has a crazy goal to run the world and complete a half marathon on every continent and loves coaching her sons in ice hockey.
